Origin:70% post consumer waste, 30% industrial waste.The collective plastics are sorted by type and by color. Next the plastics are compressed and baled. The bales get shredded into granules. Then the granules are washed to remove foreign contents and soil. Once dry the granules, are fed into an extruder, melted and then cut into pellets. Finally recycled LDPE and HDPE pellets are used to make the majority of the recycled products VLK PLAST LTD offers.
